Apartment Maintenance

We are a growing, national property management group seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of a multi-family apartment communities in the Strongsville Area of Ohio. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you must be organized and detail-oriented. You should have knowledge of equipment types and parts and general computer skills.Responsibilities:

• Maintain, and repair all building facilities, machinery and equipment.
• Plan the work schedule of building maintenance personnel.
• Trouble shoot and resolve problems.
• Assist property manager with maintaining building material and supplies.
• Coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, residents and other internal customers.
• Maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
• Working knowledge of various plumbing issues.
• Schedule and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Turn apartments for new move ins
• Ensure all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations, and building standards.
• Must comply with all Fair Housing guidelines

The ideal candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist and lift up to 25lbs. This position may require outdoor exposure for long periods of time. Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties. This position is a working supervisor position and requires a rotating on-call schedule. Must be HVAC, EPA, and CPO certified.
