Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

A well-established and rapidly growing property management company, Summit Management Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the West Greeley, Colorado market. We are looking for someone with a genuine desire for a rewarding career in multifamily housing who is motivated, skilled, and team-oriented.

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property maintenance and repairs, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards. Responsibilities may include:

• General maintenance and repair work (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliances, HVAC, pool operations)
• Coordinating work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
• Supporting resident retention through timely and professional service
• Leading and motivating the maintenance team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant maintenance or supervisory experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Availability for occasional overtime and rotating on-call duties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• HVAC and/or pool operation certifications are a plus.
