Apartment Maintenance Technician

Become part of our Pacific Western Corporation family, a multistate leader in luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in San Marcos, CA.

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties:

• Plumbing repairs
• Electric repairs
• Appliance repairs
• Building repairs
• Dry wall, patch and installation
• Slab leaks
• Floor repairs
• Lock and key service including maintenance and re-keying
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Apartment Turnovers
• And any other type of duties as assigned by supervisors
• May be required to work at more than one location

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years’ of experience in Apartment, hotel, or construction/handyman or general maintenance/contractor experience
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• HVAC Air Conditioning maintenance and repair experience (preferred)
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
