Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and have experience with various mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs or modifications.
• Apply electrical expertise to diagnose and resolve electrical issues within the facility.
• Oversee facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors.
• Maintain an organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.

Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers, electrical systems, welding techniques, and mechanical systems.
