Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

MUST BE MOTIVATED AND SELF STARTER

• Prompt and courteous handling of all resident service requests.
• Maintenance of vacant apartments, and the buildings according to schedule.
• To maintain neat, orderly, and safe workshop and storage areas.

Duties:

• Maintain, and general repair at apartment complex to include:
• HVAC
• Electrical
• Swimming Pool
• Appliances
• General plumbing
• General carpentry repairs
• Keep property free of liter
• Other duties as outlined by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Full-time maintenance experience or experience in related field.
• Ability to work with persons of all ethnic and family backgrounds.
• Experience in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC or willingness to be trained.
• Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than strictly repair maintenance.
• Ability to assist the Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor in his/her duties as needed.
