We are seeking a reliable and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician with multifamily experience to support day-to-day property operations. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their responsibilities and is committed to maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for apartment homes and common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Complete work orders efficiently and to a high standard
- Prepare apartments for move-in (turns, inspections, repairs)
- Maintain property appearance and ensure safety standards are met
- Respond to on-call maintenance requests as scheduled
- Communicate professionally with residents and management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in an organized manner
- Must be willing to travel to all properties in the Denver metro area as needed
Qualifications
- Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
- HVAC certification a plus
