Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech needed at large - 600+ unit - apartment community located in a quiet Madison neighborhood. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience with knowledge in some or all of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and or appliance repair and be able to work alone as needed. HVAC certified preferred. Customer service oriented and ability to work well with others are also great attributes.
