Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and systems
- Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment promptly to minimize downtime
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform electrical work including wiring, troubleshooting, and repairing logic controllers
- Welding tasks as required for facilities maintenance

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Proficiency in electrical work
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
