Maintenance Technician

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform repairs on various equipment.
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks.
