Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are the owner of two apartment complexes. Acacia Club Apartments in Hollister, and Branson Gateway Apartments in Branson. We are looking for a full knowledge person that is capable of not only maintaining, but also professionally installing electric, plumbing, light HVAC, Carpentry, interior remodeling such as cabinets, flooring, painting, etc. Also responsible for general ground maintenance.

Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance checks with apartments and grounds to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical , HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor other helpers.
• Electricity, plumbing, carpentry, remodeling, grounds-keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• residential electrician: 5 years (Preferred)
• Construction plumbing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Remodeling: 10 years (Preferred)
• Carpentry: 5 years (Preferred)
• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
