Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.

Experience:

-MUST have 3-5 years previous apartment maintenance experience
-Must be HVAC certified and can evaluate, repair, install, and replace full AC condensors and air handlers.
-Must be able to repair and maintain all apartment buildings

- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train other maintenance staff.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
