Apartment Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician/Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of apartment units and common areas. Key responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
Performing routine inspections and overseeing preventive maintenance programs
Supervising maintenance staff and coordinating daily maintenance tasks
Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing repairs
Proficiency in appliance repair and troubleshooting
Experience supervising maintenance staff and managing preventative maintenance schedules
Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Prior experience in apartment or residential property maintenance is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
