Apartment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and vendor management

· Ensure occupancy goals are met through marketing, renewals, and resident retention strategies

· Supervise, train, and manage on-site staff

· Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and enforce lease compliance

· Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports

· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal and safety standards

· Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and capital improvements

· Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management preferred

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations

Appfolio experience a preferred

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must be able to work some weekends as needed

· Must pass a drug test
