Qualifications:

• Energetic, friendly, and outgoing
• Must be a current BYU student
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct unit and property inspections, ensuring upkeep as needed
• Perform all landscaping work and snow removal
• Maintain and test the spa regularly
• Handle basic household repairs
• Clean site and common areas on a weekly basis
• Show apartments to prospective tenants
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel
• (Note: All contracts and finances are managed by the owner)
