Apartment Manager

### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, leasing, and customer service. As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates.

### Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the apartment complex, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquent accounts
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with tenants

### Experience:

- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and legal administrative processes
- Proficient in using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance requests is a plus
- Ability to handle conflict situations with tact and diplomacy
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and lease agreements

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
