Apartment Painter

Are you an experienced, detail-oriented painter who works well independently? Oasis Townhomes is seeking a Full-Time Painter to join our team and help maintain the high-quality standards of our 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes.

Responsibilities:

• Interior painting of units during resident move-outs (unit turns)
• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, and priming
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper cleanup after each job
• Complete work in a timely, efficient manner while meeting quality expectations
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Supplies Management

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in property management or multifamily
• Must have previous residential painting experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and a fast-paced work style
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Must be able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday, full-time 8am - 5pm
