What You’ll Do

As an Apartment Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your community’s success—leading your team, maximizing financial performance, and ensuring a top-tier resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop a high-performing team, including Leasing Agents & Maintenance Staff
• Drive Property Performance by meeting occupancy, revenue, and expense goals
• Implement Marketing Strategies to attract and retain residents
• Ensure Compliance with Fair Housing Laws, lease agreements, and company policies
• Build Relationships with residents to maintain a positive community environment
• Oversee Maintenance & Operations to ensure well-kept, fully functional properties
• Utilize Property Management Software (ResMan or similar) to track performance
• Manage Budgets & Financial Reporting to maximize NOI and property value
• Drive Leasing Efforts to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction

What You Bring

✔ 3+ years of experience in property management, with proven leadership skills
✔ Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets & expenses
✔ Expertise in leasing, marketing, and resident relations
✔ Proficiency in ResMan or similar property management software
✔ Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws & property regulations
✔ Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and drive results
✔ A motivated, team-first attitude with a passion for creating great communities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
