Apartment Sales Manager

India

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: attending walk ins
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Payment Collection : 10 % payment Collection from Booking Customer.
  • Updating all necessary information in the ERP
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and drive business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
