APD EXPERIENCED Direct Care Professional -- FT OVRNGHT WED-SAT

Job Description: Allie Rose Home, located in Valrico FL., is seeking energetic candidates who will be working with The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) consumers with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges, while dedicated to helping the consumers achieve meaningful outcomes.

WEEKDAY - OVERNIGHT

WED-SAT -HOURS 10pm-10am

***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH APD BEHAVIOR FOCUSED CONSUMERS and VALID APD CORE TRAININGS INCLUDING PCM and MED VALIDATION ***

***MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSPORT CONSUMERS TO AND FROM SCHOOL/DR. APPTS AS NEEDED***

Responsibilities: Cooking, cleaning, administering medications, writing daily notes, communicating with staff and management, writing emails, graphing data, collecting data and working as a team with other staff. Working with consumers on their goals, and creating a safe and fun environment for the consumers to live in.

Experience: Previous experience working with APD behavior focused/Intensive Behavior consumers. Applicant who is already med trained, has a level 2 background, and has CPR and First Aid training is preferred.

Education: Minimum- a high school diploma/GED

Must be able to lift 75 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
