Job Description:
Project Registration Support:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project registration documents for APF approvals with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, legal counsel) to gather necessary documentation.
- Track and monitor the progress of project registration applications.
- Liaise with government agencies to resolve any queries or issues related to project approvals.
Loan Disbursement Support:
- Verify loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare disbursement schedules and monitor loan disbursement timelines.
- Coordinate with borrowers and bankers to facilitate timely loan disbursements.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to loan disbursements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, DSAs, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
- Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, disbursements, and related documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on loan performance and key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Other duties as assigned:
- Other general administrative work
- ERP data entry and other required coordination
- File Management, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on project registration through APF and customer loan disbursements.
- Excellent understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
