About the Role:
The API Double Certified Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of equipment and facilities within the oil and gas industry. This position requires conducting thorough inspections in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute (API) standards, specifically holding dual certifications that validate expertise in multiple inspection disciplines. The inspector will be responsible for identifying potential defects, assessing risk factors, and recommending corrective actions to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams, the inspector ensures that all inspections are documented accurately and that findings are communicated effectively to stakeholders. Ultimately, this role supports the prevention of equipment failure and environmental incidents, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of operations across various sites in the United States.
