Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for API-related client interactions
- Attend and lead API client calls, providing clear explanations and solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve API issues, bugs, and integration challenges
- Provide external IT support to clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement fixes and improvements
- Monitor API performance and generate reports on issues, resolutions, and trends
- Assist in debugging, maintaining, and enhancing API functionality
- Support ongoing development efforts and contribute to system optimization
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI tools and integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience working with APIs (RESTful services, integrations, troubleshooting)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong understanding of backend systems and data flow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients in a professional setting

- Experience in a client-facing technical role (support, implementation, solutions engineering)
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or integrations

Why This Role Matters

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
