Apollo Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Apollo CRM & Data Extraction Specialist to support our Business Development team by collecting, cleaning, and managing high-quality B2B data. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills and experience in data extraction and CRM management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and collect B2B leads using Apollo and other data sources
• Build accurate and targeted prospect lists based on business requirements
• Clean, verify, and organize lead data for outreach campaigns
• Maintain and update CRM with correct and structured information
• Segment data for email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Support Business Development team with high-quality lead databases
• Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicates or invalid contacts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with Apollo or similar lead generation tools (preferred)
• Strong data entry, research, and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Good English reading and understanding skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data extraction, scraping, or lead mining
• Knowledge of B2B databases and sales funnels
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
• Basic understanding of email outreach campaigns
