Job Summary:

We are an education consultancy launching an app and looking for a creative and results-driven App Marketing & Social Media Specialist. To lead the growth and visibility of our mobile application through strategic marketing campaigns and engaging social media content. This role will combine mobile app marketing, user acquisition, ASO (App Store Optimization), and social media management to attract, retain, and engage users.

Key Responsibilities:

App Marketing:

Plan and execute mobile app marketing campaigns (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch).

Manage app store listings (Google Play & Apple App Store), including ASO.

Analyze user acquisition data and optimize marketing performance.

Collaborate with the product team to align marketing with app features and updates.

Manage budgets for paid app install campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Social Media:

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.

Grow and engage followers with creative, consistent, and brand-aligned content.

Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

Run social media advertising campaigns and track KPIs.

Respond to messages/comments and manage online community engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in mobile app marketing and/or social media management.

Strong knowledge of ASO, mobile user acquisition strategies, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Google Analytics).

Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

Experience launching apps from scratch.

Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns.

Video editing skills for Reels/TikToks.

Reporting To:

Marketing Manager or CEO (depending on your org structure)
