APP Store Optimisation

Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven ASO & App Growth Specialist ASO, to scale organic and paid app growth across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This role combines App Store Optimization (ASO) with Google Ads App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads (ASA) to maximize visibility, conversions, and installs while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve keyword rankings, visibility, and organic installs
  • Conduct keyword research and optimization for app titles, subtitles, descriptions, and metadata
  • Optimize app store creatives (icons, screenshots, preview videos) to improve conversion rates
  • Run A/B tests on store listings using platform tools and ASO software
  • Monitor competitors, category trends, and algorithm updates
  • Manage app ratings, reviews, and reputation strategy
  • Support localization and international ASO initiatives

Google Ads – App Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads App Campaigns (Install, Engagement, and Action-based)
  • Optimize bids, budgets, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to meet CPI / CPA goals
  • Analyze campaign performance across Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Play
  • Test and iterate ad creatives (text, image, video) to improve install and post-install performance
  • Track conversions and events using Firebase, GA4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar tools
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining ROAS and cost efficiency

Apple Search Ads (ASA)

  • Set up and manage Apple Search Ads (Basic & Advanced) campaigns
  • Perform keyword discovery, segmentation (brand, generic, competitor), and match-type optimization
  • Optimize bids, budgets, CPT, and conversion rates
  • Analyze search term reports to identify growth opportunities and waste reduction
  • Coordinate ASA strategy with ASO keyword targeting for maximum impact
  • Manage localization and regional Apple Search Ads campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance metrics across ASO, Google Ads, and ASA
  • Build performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Track user funnel performance from install to post-install events
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align acquisition with app updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ASO, Google Ads App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads
  • Strong understanding of app store algorithms and paid acquisition strategies
  • Hands-on experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, data.ai, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and performance targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling apps with both organic and paid growth
  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
  • Experience running global and localized campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRO and creative testing frameworks

  • Organic keyword rankings & visibility
  • App installs and install growth rate
  • CPI / CPA / CPT
  • Conversion rate (store page & ads)
  • ROAS / LTV (where applicable)
  • App ratings and review trends

TIMINGS : 1 PM TO 9 PM (MON TO FRIDAY)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
