Better Recruitment is hiring on behalf of one of our most valued clients for the position of ASO & UA Expert.

Position: ASO & UA Expert

Experience: 1-3 Years (relevant experience)

Location: Lahore

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Market Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

1) Optimize app store listings (Google Play & Apple App Store) to improve rankings and conversions

2) Plan, execute, and optimize User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across paid channels

3) Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis

4) Monitor performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, installs)

5) Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to improve growth

6) Prepare regular performance and optimization reports

Requirements:

1) Proven experience in ASO and paid UA campaigns

2) Strong understanding of mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)

3) Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other UA platforms

4) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

5) Ability to work independently and meet targets
