Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and retention strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Promote fitness programs, personal training packages, and special offers to maximize conversions.
- Handle member inquiries, walk-ins, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and overall member satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, attendance trends, and prepare basic operational and financial reports.
- Manage billing, payment collections, and coordinate with accounts when required.
- Supervise staff scheduling, performance, and daily operational activities.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of cardio machines, strength equipment, and free weights.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper arrangement, and safe usage of all gym equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with vendors/technicians for repairs, servicing, and upgrades.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience in gym management, sales, or fitness center operations.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of gym equipment maintenance and safety standards.
