We're Hiring: Apparel Design, Quality & Marketing Coordinator

Park Avenue Wholesale / Buffalo Outdoors is seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as an Apparel Design, Quality & Marketing Coordinator.

This role combines apparel graphic design, quality assurance, and marketing into one dynamic position. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn and utilize AI tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Apparel Design

• Create apparel graphics and product artwork
• Prepare production-ready files
• Develop product mockups and presentations
• Support licensed product development

Quality Assurance

• Review samples and pre-production approvals
• Verify artwork placement, colors, and product specifications
• Communicate corrections with vendors and internal teams
• Help maintain quality standards across all product lines

Marketing

• Create social media content and promotional materials
• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Update website content and product listings
• Support trade shows, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, marketing, and workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Marketing and social media experience preferred
• Apparel, promotional products, or licensed merchandise experience is a plus
• Interest in AI and emerging marketing technologies

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
