  • Translate creative direction into production-ready designs
  • Build CADs and detailed tech packs (BOM, measurements, construction details, placement guides)
  • Review samples and provide clear feedback on fit, construction, and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external factory partners throughout development
  • Track projects from concept through production and maintain organized files
  • Stay current with fashion, streetwear, and cultural trends, applying insights to product design

  • Strong ability to create original graphics for apparel and merchandise
  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator (CADs, vector work, tech packs) and Adobe Photoshop (graphics and mockups)
  • Experience creating production-ready tech packs
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CLO 3D, Gerber, or similar apparel design software
  • Background in cut-and-sew garments or more complex product development
  • Experience working with factories and managing sample revisions
  • Interest in music, entertainment, and culture-driven brands

What Success Looks Like

  • Ability to take a product from concept to production with minimal oversight
  • Delivery of 1–2 product lines within the first 90 days
  • Clear, production-ready tech packs that minimize revision cycles
  • Strong alignment with brand identity and creative direction
  • Develop product concepts, placements, and full garment designs
  • Translate creative direction into production-ready designs
  • Build CADs and detailed tech packs (BOM, measurements, construction details, placement guides)
