Apparel Designer / Product Developer – Kill Crew

Kill Crew is looking for an experienced Apparel Designer / Product Developer to help create the next generation of men’s and women’s products.

This is not a logo design role. We’re looking for someone who understands graphic design, garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, graphics, and factory development.

Responsibilities:

• Design new men’s and women’s apparel
• Create graphics, prints, and garment concepts
• Develop technical apparel and performance products
• Create tech packs and factory-ready specifications
• Source fabrics, trims, and construction details
• Communicate directly with domestic and overseas factories
• Manage sampling, revisions, and fit approvals
• Help build complete collections from concept to production

Qualifications:

• Experience designing apparel for established brands
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Experience creating professional tech packs
• Experience working directly with factories and sample rooms
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, and manufacturing
• Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and production requirements

Bonus Points:

• Experience with fitness, streetwear, performance apparel, or activewear
• Experience designing women’s apparel
• Experience developing premium cut-and-sew products
• Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and garment development

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
