Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch + 2 Breaks

2.7 August Apparel Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and guide the fit process, ensuring every garment meets its intended fit.
• Take a proactive approach to quality control, identifying potential issues early in all sample stages and BULK production.
• Collaborate with Designers to refine garments, checking measurements, workmanship, and overall construction.
• Track fit evolution from factories and implement feedback to continuously improve product quality.
• Review customer comments, sales feedback, and competitor products to enhance fit and quality.
• Create and maintain technical packages with accuracy and organization in the company standard format.
• Execute fit adjustments promptly to keep production timelines on track.
• Measure garments and ensure grading standards are consistent across fabric types.
• Participate in fit sessions on live models, record comments, and communicate effectively with teams and vendors.
• Maintain shared files of all fit tech packs, track samples, and keep archives organized.
• Analyze fit, construction, and workmanship issues and communicate corrections clearly to overseas factories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Technical Design, Pattern Making, or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of fit, patterns, construction, measuring, sample evaluation, and production feasibility.
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Team player who works well under pressure and follows direction while bringing proactive solutions.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
