Ed Morse is currently seeking an Apparel & Licensing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Apparel & Licensing department.

Create attractive merchandise displays using fixtures, mannequins, showcases, and window displays.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.

Order merchandise based on sales trends and seasonal demands.

Receive shipments, prep and sort merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory entries into our dealer POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain balanced stock.

Oversee Inventory Management by coordinating regular cycle counts and annual full inventory counts.

Maintain accurate inventory control and reporting.

Monitor product movement and adjust merchandise assortment accordingly.

Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage during peak business hours.
- Train employees on sales, customer service, and inventory procedures.

Set expectations and support team members in achieving sales goals.

Provide coaching and performance feedback.

Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Plan and execute promotions, special events, and seasonal merchandising campaigns.

Assist in coordinating dealership events that drive retail traffic and sales.

Travel between the main store and Riverwalk Botique to support merchandising and operations.
- Attend training sessions to keep current with merchandising & inventory control
Qualifications:

5 years retail management experience required. Harley-Davidson brand preferred.

Inventory Management experience required.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lightspeed POS inventory system preferred

Ability to work weekends, select holidays, events, and flexible retail hours.
- Ability to life 40 to 50 lbs when handling merchandise and displays

Ability to acclimate to outdoor work, occsaionally for extended periods of time during events.
