Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee day-to-day apparel production. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and physical production work.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly schedules for hourly production staff
• Order garments, supplies, and production materials
• Operate and maintain the Direct-to-film transfer printer
• Press shirts and assist with order fulfillment
• Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and organization are met
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and basic software (Word, Excel, file systems, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Clean, efficient, and process-driven
• Self-motivated and passionate about their work

Bonus Skills

• Prior apparel or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$23 per hour starting, based on experience
• 30–40 hours per week
• Flexible working hours
