Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Appian BPM design and development, case management, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in Agile/Scrum environments, deliver under short sprints, and contribute to high-quality enterprise BPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Appian BPM
Implement BPM fundamentals, Appian architecture components, and designer features
Develop and enhance Case Management Services
Integrate Appian applications with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket
Work independently on Jira stories, including development, testing, and delivery
Perform impact analysis, identify risks, and guide the team on design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Ensure high-quality documentation and effective knowledge sharing
Deliver solutions efficiently within short sprint cycles
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM (8–10 years)
Deep understanding of:
BPM fundamentals
Appian architecture and configurations
Appian designer and technical features
Proven experience in Case Management Services development
Hands-on development experience with:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
Strong experience working with Jira for Agile delivery
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Continuous Integration)
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and perform well under tight deadlines
Desirable Skills
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience integrating Appian with external systems and APIs
Exposure to enterprise-scale BPM implementations
