Apple MacBook & Windows Laptop Technican

We are hiring an experienced laptop technician for Apple MacBook & Windows Repair and Refurbishing Division in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations of Apple MacBook & Windows repair/refurbishing.
• Manage team of supervisors & technicians.
• Ensure quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement workflow systems and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Apple repair industry.
• Proven track record in leading large teams.
• Certifications (ACMT/ACiT) preferred.
• Strong organizational & leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
