Join our IT team to support Apple macOS environments across global teams. Work with JAMF, MDM, and remote tools in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup.

  • Provide L1/L2 support for macOS devices across enterprise users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely and onsite.
  • Manage Apple devices via JAMF and other MDM platforms.
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding for Mac endpoints.
  • Maintain documentation and ticketing via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with Windows/Linux support teams for cross-platform issues.
  • 2+ years in macOS support or Apple ecosystem.
  • Hands-on with JAMF, MDM, Remote Desktop, Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • JAMF Certified Tech/Admin (preferred).
  • Experience in hybrid or remote support environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level Apple deployments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
