Position Summary
Apple Sales Representative I is a developing sales professional responsible for generating new business, supporting senior sales staff, and building pipeline across Apple hardware, software, and services.
This is a quota-carrying role designed for driven individuals who are early in their technology sales career and motivated to grow into a senior-level closer.
Quota attainment is required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities (SMB, education, healthcare, or commercial accounts)
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and networking
- Schedule and lead discovery calls
- Support Apple Sales Rep II or Sales Lead on larger opportunities
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product configurations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Assist with renewals and small account management
- Stay current on Apple product releases and reseller programs
Quota Expectations
- Annual Revenue Target: $750,000 – $1,500,000
- Maintain minimum 3x pipeline coverage
- Weekly outbound activity requirements
- Quarterly performance reviews
Consistent failure to meet quota will result in structured performance review.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: (market dependent)
Commission Plan:
- 6%–8% of gross margin on closed deals
- Accelerator at 100%+ quota
- Enhanced accelerator at 115%+ quota
Uncapped commission
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in technology, retail, or B2B sales
- Strong interest in Apple ecosystem
- Proven ability to meet performance goals
- High outbound activity discipline
- CRM experience preferred
- Professional communication skills
Growth Path
Successful Apple Sales Rep I performers can advance to:
- Apple Sales Representative II

Promotion is based on quota attainment, margin discipline, and pipeline maturity.

Pay: $53,516.25 - $70,000.00 per year
