Position Summary

We are currently hiring an Appliance & HVAC Installation and Service Technician for our Mankato, MN location. This role includes installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential appliances and HVAC systems in customers’ homes and in our service shop.

Equipment & Systems Serviced

• Refrigerators
• Ranges & Ovens
• Cooktops
• Dishwashers
• Microwaves
• Washers & Dryers
• Residential HVAC systems (heating and cooling units)

Responsibilities

• Install and set up new appliances and HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Order and track parts as needed
• Maintain detailed service documentation
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with customers, staff, and management

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, maintenance, or installation preferred but not required
• HVAC certification or appliance repair certification is a plus (training provided if needed)
