We are seeking a skilled Appliance and H-vac Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Installs, operates and maintains the heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. We are looking to hire a hard working, pleasant, honest, professional appliance repair technician. You must have above average problem-solving skills. You must have respect for yourself, the homeowner and us as a company please don't waste everyone's time if this doesn't sound like you.

**Job Overview:**

• Travel to and from customer locations for diagnosis and repairs of appliances or HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and test appliances
• Diagnose and repair products using schematics and test meters
• Research parts needed for repairs
• Part install
• Collect payments from customers
• Pickup part from part suppliers
• Must be able to move common appliances around without damaging the customer’s home
• Must be able to lift or maneuver 75 pounds
• Stair climbing in some homes is to be expected
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass background and drug test
• Must speak English
• Must have own hand tools
• Must attend periodic training classes

**Responsibilities:**

Diagnose and repair various appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, stoves, H-vac systems - Perform field service calls to customers' homes or businesses - Order and install parts-Assemble and install new appliances - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Prepare accurate work orders using tablet or phone. Maintain organized work van, tools and maintenance equipment. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients - Maintain accurate records of services provided

**Skills:** - Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge - Experience in HVAC or equipment repair - Previous experience as a service technician is preferred - Proficient in assembling and disassembling appliances - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately If you are a dedicated Appliance Technician with a passion for delivering high-quality service, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Solid work ethic and character
• Ability to work with customers
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
• Ability to diagnose refrigeration and electrical issues
• Ability to read and understand schematics and diagrams
• Experience working with the testing of electronics
• Skilled and trained in use of test equipment
• Analog and digital troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability of working individually and in a team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.

Experience:

We are looking for minimum 3 years experience in either HVAC or Appliance repair.

• HVAC: 3 years (Required)
• Appliance: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Universal (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Benefits:
