Appliance Installation Trainer

We are seeking a Master Trainer - Appliance installation to oversee the daily operations of our driver and installation team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as a solid background in final mile delivery, appliance installation and/or logistics.

The Master Trainer will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs, ensuring our teams maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor driver and installation teams.

• Conduct new-hire training and orientation programs.

• Track and evaluate each new hire’s mentorship period.

• Perform ride-along delivery inspections and prepare detailed reports.

• Review inspection results with delivery teams and management.

• Assist in developing training solutions for challenges identified during deliveries.

• Provide coaching and problem-solving support to enhance team performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Final mile delivery/logistics

• Experience in home appliance installation (refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.).

• Proven leadership experience with driver/installation teams.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish bilingual preferred).

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

• Ability to pass a background screening.

• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate concerns.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
