Position: Appliance Repair & HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC systems, and refrigeration units

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Maintain accurate records of services performed

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Necessary qualifications:

- Proven experience in appliance repair and HVAC systems

- Relevant certifications (EPA, HVAC, etc.) preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

For large all market rate apartment community. Must have advanced troubleshooting and knowledge of Appliance Repair and extensive HVAC System Repairs , Electrical, Plumbing and general Carpentry Repairs. EPA Cert Required. Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
