Home-Tech is looking for a motivated and full-time customer-focused Appliance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appliances that meet their needs and budget
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and explain features and benefits
• Maintain a professional showroom environment
• Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
• Utilize computer systems for sales transactions and customer information

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
• Must pass background screening
• Drug- and alcohol-free workplace
