National Appliance Liquidators is one of the leading retail appliance stores in the market. We are on the lookout for a few rockstar sales team members to join us. (We’re less concerned about your previous experience and more about your DRIVE.)

We're seeking the most dedicated, motivated, and exceptional talent out there. If that's you, this time next year you could be reflecting on a six-figure income year.

If you are the right candidate, our program will take you from zero knowledge in appliance sales to a fully-trained, high-performing salesperson. You'll be mentored at each step of the way, provided tools, and the knowledge you need to start strong from day one.

Appliance Sales Team Job Expectations:

• Consult with customers to understand their appliance needs; then recommend products that meet those needs.
• Serve as an intermediary between our customers and the team.
• Align customers with our preferred financing partners.
• Regularly network and market to prospect for new customers both on the phone and in person.
• Utilize ad channels such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Craigslist to post ads for products.
• Commit to professional growth through ongoing learning and accountability.
• Maintain a consistent schedule while being flexible to meet customer needs.
• A positive attitude, consistent lead follow-up, and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of finance and other simple mathematical concepts.
• Minimal administrative and clerical skills needed to manage files and records (support is provided in this area).
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Candidates must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Phone sales/prospecting skills are beneficial (not required).
• Experience in the appliance industry is a plus (not required).
• Desire over Skill. We're looking for someone eager to improve their life and the lives of those they interact with. If you have the will, we can teach the skills necessary for success in appliance sales.
