Application Analyst - Full Time

The Application Analyst is responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of supported applications and serve as a first line resource for customer support issues related to these applications. This also includes application implementation and configuration duties, as well as responsibility for documentation and training.

Experience

Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Superior customer service skills. Basic knowledge of database management systems. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in report writing applications. Familiarity with medical terms.
• Minimum of two years related experience in Information Technology in a healthcare environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Interface analyst experience a plus.

• Bachelors or better
