Application and Customer Support

We are looking for a Fresher / 0–1 year experienced candidate to join our Shipping Technology team! The selected candidate will be responsible for providing application support, assisting customers with application and system usage, and ensuring smooth operational support.

Pre-requisites

✅ Already located based out of Abudhabi, UAE.

✅Having 0 to 1 year of Support experience.

✅ Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide first-level support for application-related queries.

✅ Respond to customer issues via email, phone, or ticketing system.

✅ Troubleshoot basic technical and functional issues.

✅ Escalate complex issues to the development team.

✅ Maintain proper documentation of reported issues.

✅ Assist in user onboarding and basic training.

✅ Support UAT testing and validation.

✅ Coordinate internally for quick resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills:

⭐ Basic understanding of web-based applications.

⭐ Good communication skills (English mandatory).

⭐ Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

⭐ Strong problem-solving attitude

⭐ Willingness to learn and grow in a technology environment.

Candidates with Shipping / Maritime / Logistics experience will have an added advantage.
