Application Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Application Developer with deep expertise across the Microsoft development stack and cloud environments. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end design, development, and integration of enterprise-level applications spanning PHIS and SAPC IT divisions.

This is a hands-on senior-level engineering role requiring strong coding experience, architectural understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, QA, and business teams

Work Type: Hybrid | M–F, 8AM–5PM

Contract Duration: 12–24+ Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development of large-scale, enterprise web applications
• Design, build, test, and support applications using the Microsoft stack.
• Develop high‑performance SQL queries and data solutions
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs
• Conduct code reviews and oversee defect resolution
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams for sprint planning and delivery
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Support hybrid cloud architectures (Azure or AW S).

Required Technical Skills

• Microsoft Stack: C#.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages
• Front-End: jQuery, Bootstrap
• Backend & Integration: Web APIs, RESTful API development
• Database: SQL Server, data engineering, high‑performance queries
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Git
• HubCloud: PaaS/SaaS models, Azure or AWS
• Strong command of modern design patterns and best practices

Required Experience

• 10+ years developing and supporting large-scale web applications
• 6+ years hands-on development using C#.NET, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WebAPIs
• 4+ years in SQL Server and distributed data engineering
• 4+ years designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• 2+ years experience as a development lead
• 2+ years working with Azure or AWS within hybrid environments
• 1+ year experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and FHIR APIs (or similar)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
