Application Engineer (3D Printing)

Position Title: Application Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, supporting customers, and ensuring successful implementation of our 3D printing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable 3D printing technologies and materials for their applications.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the sales team and clients.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain 3D printers, scanners, and related equipment.
• Prepare and present detailed technical documentation, proposals, and reports.
• Perform sample printing, testing, and optimization based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in additive manufacturing.
• Support exhibitions, events, and marketing activities with live demonstrations and technical insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or application engineering role (preferably in 3D printing, manufacturing, or automation).
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and 3D printing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
