About the Role : The role involves providing in-depth insights into product applications, managing customer requirements, expanding product reach, and empowering internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Insight Planning : In the product and solution dimensions, provide in-depth insights into the product application landscape, customer pain points, competitors, etc. and explore leads/opportunity points from the product dimensions.
• Customer requirements management : fully communicate with customer’s technical team, deeply understand the requirements, provide valuable solutions, manage the whole process of requirements, and assist in the definition of internationalized platform products.
• Product Expansion : Work with overseas sales to jointly carry out market insight and expansion, assist in selection and commissioning, and be responsible for the success of projects. Incubate and replicate competitive solutions in the industry/region to form customer effect and reputation.
• Internal Empowerment : Successful Case Sharing, Solution Empowerment, Promoting Team Capacity Enhancement.

Qualifications :

• I. Basic Qualifications : Turkish nationality, based and living long-term in Turkey. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• II. Professional Experience : Minimum 5 years of work experience related to Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or industrial drives. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Project experience with low-voltage and/or medium-to-high voltage VFDs.
• Application experience in heavy industries such as Metallurgy, Cement, Ports, Paper & Pulp.
• III. Technical Competencies : Proficient in VFD working principles, motor control, and industrial field applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for on-site issues. Capable of independently providing technical project support and conducting on-site commissioning.
• IV. Language & Communication : Fluent in Turkish. Good technical communication skills in English (capable of technical exchange with headquarters).
• V. Personal Attributes : Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of handling the pressures associated with field work. Willing to actively participate in the market development phase for new brands and products. Excellent client communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Willingness to undertake short-term business trips.
