As we continue our digital transformation journey to support operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Applications Manager to lead our core business applications, including SAP and related enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process optimization and engineering initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and deliver new IT/application projects by defining scope, resources, timeline, and deliverables.
• Oversee SAP support operations and application teams across modules: FICO, MM, SD, PM, BOBJ, BW, SFA, etc.
• Ensure continuous availability and effective performance of all enterprise applications.
• Maintain and enforce application-related SOPs, manuals, SoWs, BBPs, and documentation standards.
• Drive process automation initiatives and ensure systems alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure service continuity.
• Define team objectives, monitor KPIs, and enhance team skills through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security controls, and organizational standards.
• Provide hands-on support when needed, including configuration and development activities.
• Deliver timely resolution for incidents, service requests, and application enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications management, including leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in SAP business processes, configuration, and multi-environment management.
• Solid understanding of integration points between SAP modules.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in ABAP development is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in planning, project management, delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven experience in process automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules or solution architecture is a plus.
