Application Manager - healthcare

Join Liberty Healthcare as an Application Analyst specializing in Case Management and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.

In this role, you will serve as a primary application owner for systems that support human services and behavioral health workflows, partnering directly with program staff and clinical teams to configure, support, and continuously improve these platforms.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Administering, configuring, and supporting case management and EHR-style applications, including client records, treatment plans, assessments, and compliance-driven documentation workflows
  • Completing routine maintenance and daily support activities, including troubleshooting and resolving tickets
  • Solving novel problems and implementing sustainable, scalable solutions
  • Partnering with end users (program staff, supervisors, and administrators) using strong active listening skills to translate operational and regulatory requirements into configured workflows, forms, rules, and reports—from build and testing through training and deployment
  • Designing front-end reports and dashboards with a strong understanding of clinical, service delivery, and compliance-driven data relationships; applying data governance principles to ensure accuracy, auditability, and regulatory confidence
  • Collaborating with Business Intelligence and Data Analyst teams to support BI reporting and configure data collection for organizational quality measure tracking
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, team members, and vendors

This is a virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office within the United States.

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience working with highly configurable application platforms, including design, development, deployment, migration and ongoing support
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting healthcare, human services, case management, or EHR platforms in a production environment
  • 2+ years of experience managing the implementation and support of new end-user solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Sciences or a related business degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to document and convey technical topics to non-technical audiences - internal and customer-facing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and related application portfolio, including familiarity with the Office 365 suite of applications and related services, including (i.e., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerBI, etc.)
  • United States residency

Preferred Experience Includes

  • Direct experience working with state or county agencies, managed care organizations, or government-funded program
  • Experience supporting systems subject to audits, regulatory review, or formal oversight
  • Background in human services domains such as behavioral health, child welfare, IDD, social services, or justice-involved populations
